We currently offer customisation of different designs on our standard Round as well as Almond toe designs. Because the toe is the only shape is the standard one is the Round shape, we are unable to offer any changes in size and width for the same shape.

However, if it is some particular pattern that you are searching for, we will offer the same in our traditional Round and Almond toe designs.
